Choose UV Liquid Lamination to add a protective layer and boost the durability of the sign, while also creating a writable surface that allows your clients to write notes on their sign using whiteboard markers. Add Dry-Erase Film Lamination to create a writable surface compatible with whiteboard markers. We offer various grommet and H-stand options to make installation easy and fast. Choose from a wide range of available sizes or create a custom size to fit your clients’ needs perfectly.

6mm Coroplast Signs feature full-colour CMYK digital direct printing with UV ink for fade, scratch, and water resistance. It delivers vibrant colours and sharp details that stand out from a distance. Your clients’ Signs will catch attention with bright colours, clear text, sharp details, and vivid designs. Our high-quality printing results in professional signs that make your clients’ messages and promotions easy to spot outdoors.
Single and double-sided printing is available. Double-sided signs can have the same design on both sides or different designs on each side.
These signs are printed on 6mm Coroplast® (also known as Corrugated Plastic, Corr-X, Flutecorr, Hi-Core, and Fluted Polypropylene). This material is lightweight, water-resistant, and stain-resistant and features a fluted structure. Coroplast is a budget-friendly option for short-term outdoor use.

We offer three premium coating options for our 6mm Coroplast Signs to match various needs.
When choosing Film Laminations, leave at least a 1-inch white margin
on all sides of your artwork. This way, the laminate sticks better and lasts longer.
Choose Gloss Film Lamination to add a shiny, protective layer that delivers vibrant colours.
Select UV Liquid Lamination to add a protective layer that shields the sign. This coating also creates a writable surface compatible with whiteboard markers.
Choose Dry-Erase Film Lamination to create a writable surface. This coating allows your clients to write notes and updates on their signs using whiteboard markers and wipe them easily.

Our 6mm Coroplast Signs are available in various sizes, ranging from 6" × 24" up to 48" × 96". You can also create a fully custom size to match your clients’ exact needs.

for pickup only.
Our 6mm Coroplast Signs can be contour cut to create custom shapes that match your clients’ designs. Request a custom quote or call your account manager or customer service for contour-cut signs.
Installation options
Installation options
We offer various grommet options for our 6mm Coroplast Signs to make hanging easy. Our grommets are 0.75” metal rings. Standard grommet placement is 1” from the edge, measured to the centre of the hole.
Choose the H-stand compatible option so that your clients can stake their sign in the ground. This way, we will print the sign with vertical flutes.
If the H Stand Compatible option is not selected, Signs may be
produced with either vertical or horizontal flutes. We cannot guarantee that you will get
vertical flutes.
We offer two metal H-stands (also known as H-stakes): Regular and Heavy-Duty. Heavy-Duty H-stands are stronger and more durable.
