Free In-Store Pickup
Pickup Details:
- The Pickup Time: is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (EST) and Saturday, 9:30 AM to 3 PM (EST).
- The Pickup address: 50 East Beaver Creek Rd, Unit #4, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1G6. Please use the shipping door at the back of the unit.
Important Reminders:
- Requests to switch from delivery to pickup must be made by 2:00 PM (EST). Please have your Butterflygp.com order or invoice reference number(s) ready when requesting.
- Requests to change from pickup to delivery will no longer qualify for free delivery.
- You can also arrange for your own courier to pick up your order.
- Orders not picked up within 3 weeks of the pickup date will be disposed of.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Here are SOME IMPORTANT shipping terms and conditions:
- Production and Shipping Times: The time it takes to produce your product is separate from shipping time. Production times vary by product and can be checked on the product detail and Production Time Option pages. Please note that all production and shipping times are subject to change due to billing issues, file problems, reuploads, or holds.
- Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 1 PM (EST) on Fridays or weekends will be processed the next business day. Some products may have specific cut-off times due to additional processing needs. For same-day shipping, if available, orders must be placed before the designated cut-off time.
- Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain countries and regions. Free Shipping and Flat Shipping offers do not ship to northern areas. Please ensure your shipping address is eligible to avoid delays.
- Estimated Delivery Dates: We strive to meet the estimated completion date for your order, but delivery on the exact shipping date cannot be guaranteed. Turnaround times are estimates and not contractual.
- Local Deliveries: Local deliveries cannot be guaranteed for a specific day or time. Deliveries occur between 8 AM and 5 PM (EST) and are limited to the ground floor or building lobbies. If the driver cannot safely park, delivery may be returned to our facility for pickup.
- Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages: Once a package is sent, the shipping company is responsible for any issues. Please get in touch with the shipping company directly for assistance with lost, delayed, or damaged packages.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. Any additional fees for re-shipping or returning the package will be the customer's responsibility. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid these charges and delays.
- Partial Shipments: We do not allow partial shipments. Orders will be held until all items are available to ship together.
- Changes to the Service: We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the terms of this service at any time without prior notice.
- Packaging
and Shipping Limitations:
To qualify for Free or Flat-Rate shipping, all items in your order must be similar in type and size and must fit within a single standard shipping box (up to 36" x 36").
Orders containing mixed product types (e.g., combining signs with flags or banners) or oversized items that require multiple boxes may not qualify for free or flat-rate shipping and may incur additional charges.
Please note: Free or Flat-Rate shipping applies only to individual orders that meet the shipping criteria on their own. Multiple separate orders cannot be combined to qualify for free or flat-rate shipping.
Due to packaging and size limitations, combining different orders is not feasible.
