This guarantee applies only to standard, publicly available products offered by established Canadian commercial online printing companies.

How Our Price Match Works

• The lower price must be publicly advertised online and verifiable.
• The product must match exact specifications, including: size, material, printing method, coatings, finishing details, quantity, turnaround time, etc.
• The price you want us to match must include shipping costs, not just the product price.
• We only price-match against commercial-grade printing, not home or low-quality production.
• Price matching applies only to online-provided prices and does not include custom quotes, offline offers, or unpublished discounts.
• The competitor’s product must be in stock and available for immediate order.
• Price matching applies to the print price before tax.

Eligibility & Verification

• We require the exact URL of the competing product page for verification.
• Screenshots, invoices, or unaltered advertisements may be requested.
• Price match requests must be submitted before finalizing your order.

Conditions & Exclusions

• We do not price match marketplaces, brokers, resellers, or third-party platforms (including but not limited to Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Alibaba, or similar sites).
• We do not price match sale prices, promotional offers, coupon discounts, membership pricing, corporate pricing, clearance pricing, or liquidation pricing.
• We reserve the right to decline any price match request.
